COACH JARED

Growing up with a very active lifestyle in Southern California, Jared began lifting in high school as a way to improve his confidence on and off the field. What began as a hobby quickly turned into a passion, ultimately leading Jared to hang up his cleats and embark down the path of total human optimization. He studied Health Science at Northern Arizona University, and took special interest in biomechanics, exercise program design, and health coaching.

 

From 2015-2017 he traveled throughout California, Arizona, & Texas working with over 3,000 clients ranging from pro athletes, military personnel, and corporate business executives. Jared is now based in Gilbert, AZ where he works with his private clients and continues to develop the VRSTY Athletic Club. ​
